We cannot send parcels to P.O BOX addresses at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you still choose to send to a P.O Box do so at your own risk – your parcel will not be insured or guaranteed for delivery. We will not be liable for any lost parcels if you choose to send to a P.O Box address.

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Your order will be processed within 2 working days.

Cancellation after submitting your order cannot be accepted. Once you have submitted an order, we cannot amend an order or add to it. Due to the speed we process orders, the items may already be dispatched.

If an item you purchase goes out of stock it will automatically be refunded to the same account you paid with. You will be notified if this happens.

If you have received the wrong item and are in the US, we will resend out the correct item, the incorrect item will need to be returned. You must notify us about incorrect items received within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so that we can communicate together to resolve the issue. Please keep all of your packaging and packing slip to help us resolve this.

If you have an item missing from any part of your order you must check and notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send your query via email to info@glitterbels.com or via live chat including clear pictures of your packing slip. We will deal with the problem accordingly.

At this time Nails by Annabel cannot accept returns for all items due to the nature of some of our products. If opened these products will no longer be sterile and may be subject to cross-contamination and not fit for resale. Please message us to find out if your item qualifies for a return.

For items that you are able to return, they must be unused and in the same condition as when you purchased them. We cannot accept ANY returns on items that have been used or ‘tested’.

You must send us a clear picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your parcel along with your order number in order for us to process your return. Once we receive this information we will resolve the problem as soon as possible for you.

To return unwanted goods you should contact info@glitterbels.com, advising the reason for returning these goods. If the goods have been unused and unopened and you are able to return the item, you will be liable for the cost of postage and packaging. Once we have received the item, please allow 7-10 working days for a full refund of the item.

We use UPS to ship all items.

PLEASE NOTE: The delivery times are expected but not guaranteed. Free shipping over a certain amount spent applies to most of the US, small exclusions apply due to zone charges from our shipping company. During busy periods parcels can take from 1-2 days for processing and dispatch. If you have not received your order in 4 working days from dispatch email, please contact us via our contact form, live chat or send an email to info@glitterbels.com.

PLEASE NOTE: we are not responsible for incorrectly entered information at checkout. If you have entered your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, you will have to wait until the package has returned back at our warehouse before we can refund the goods or arrange to resend – P&P to be paid by customer for re-shipping.
