Terms & Conditions – Glitterbels Summer Sale

1. Promotion Overview
   The Glitterbels Summer Sale offers discounts of up to 60%/70% off selected products, tiered gift-with-purchase (“GWP”) offers, and an exclusive bundle available for purchase during and after the promotional period. Exclusions apply.
2. Promotion Period
   The promotion is valid from 12:00pm BST on 15th June 2026, until 11:59pm BST on 28th June 2026. Orders placed outside of this period will not qualify.
3. Eligibility
   The 'up to 60%/70% off' promotion is open to UK, USA & International customers. The 'Spend £60+, get FREE 17ml Hema Free Gel Polish' and 'Spend £80+, get FREE Brush On Builder Gel' offers are available to UK and US customers only. 'Annabel's Summer Kit' and the 'Spend £100, get FREE exclusive Cuticle Oil Keyring & Pineapple Cuticle Oil' GWP is available to UK customers only.

5. Stock Availability
   All promotional items, GWPs, and bundles are subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Order Limits
   Orders suspected of resale or bulk buying may be cancelled.
7. Returns & Refunds
   Standard returns policy applies
   Refunds will reflect the discounted price paid
   If an order qualifying for a GWP is returned and no longer meets the threshold, the GWP must also be returned or its value may be deducted from the refund
8. Exclusions
   The promotion excludes new product that has launched within the previous 3-month period of the Glitterbels Summer Sale going live, and cannot be used in conjunction with Nailist discounts, unless explicitly stated.
9. Amendments & Cancellation
   The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
10. Liability
    The promoter shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation in the promotion, except where required by law.
11. General
    By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions - £5 Nail Varnish Promotion (ENDED)

• This promotion offers selected nail varnishes at a promotional price of £5/$5/€5 each.
• The offer is valid from 9:00 AM BST on 1 June until 11:59 PM BST on 7 June. Orders placed outside of this period will not qualify for the promotional price.
• The promotion is open to all customers aged 18 years or over. No minimum purchase is required unless otherwise stated.
• The £5 price applies only to selected nail varnishes included in the promotion. Availability may vary and products are subject to stock levels.
• All items are subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion if stock becomes unavailable or due to unforeseen circumstances.
• The promotional price of £5/$5/€5 applies per eligible item and cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotional codes unless explicitly stated.
• The promoter reserves the right to impose limits on the number of promotional items purchased per customer to prevent bulk buying or resale.
• Purchases made under this promotion are subject to the standard returns policy. Refunds will be issued at the promotional purchase price paid.
